If your business is to demonstrate adequate safety management,

As specified by the law and international standards,

You must demonstrate evidence of resources.

Resources specific to safety management, inclusive of business travel.

Resources for compliance and monitoring of safety management, inclusive of business travel.

Resources to educate, manage and respond to specific and evolving safety issues, inclusive of business travel.

Resources to monitor and manage hazards, threats and risks associated with the safety or your staff and employees, as it relates to travel.

Resources, as in the hierarchy of controls or the 8Rs and 4Ts of accepted risk management standards and procedures, as it relates to travel.

To test this within your business, select one traveller and one trip.

Now demonstrate all the above, as it applies to that specific traveller and that specific journey.

Now apply it to 10 travellers and 10 business trips.

Are the resources, outcomes and evidence unique and specific to each traveller and trip?
